By downloading or using the MamaVPN application, you agree to the terms below. Depending on the store where you installed the app, additional platform-specific terms also apply:

iOS — Apple Standard EULA — the canonical terms for any app downloaded from the App Store apply to MamaVPN unmodified.

1. Service description

MamaVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that routes your internet traffic through encrypted tunnels to servers operated by Flondex LLC. The service is offered in the following access tiers:

Free trial — new users receive a 7-day free trial of full Premium access. If the trial is not converted to a paid subscription, access to the Service ends when the trial expires.
Premium (Individual or Family) — unlimited speed and access to premium-only server locations, available via auto-renewing subscription.
Legacy Free (grandfathered) — a limited free tier capped at 7 Mbps that was previously available to all users. It continues to be honored for accounts that were already using it before the trial-based model was introduced, but is no longer offered to new sign-ups.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use MamaVPN only for lawful purposes. You will not use the Service to:

Distribute malware, viruses, or perform attacks on third-party systems.
Engage in activities that violate the laws of your country of residence or our infrastructure provider's terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to MamaVPN servers or other users' sessions.
Resell access to the Service without our written agreement.

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Subscription and billing

Premium and Family subscriptions are processed by the platform's billing system: Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account upon confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions:

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Refund requests must be submitted through the store where the purchase was made: reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS, or Google Play Help for Android. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, or regulatory actions in specific regions may temporarily affect server availability.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flondex LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Privacy

Use of MamaVPN is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
